Project Description

BatchSmarter is a smart warehouse optimization tool that intelligently optimizes order batching by considering multiple key factors to determine the most effective batching and picking route, simplifying the tasks for operators while enhancing productivity, cost efficiency, and predictability in operations.

BatchSmarter is designed to assist the warehouse operators with the optimization of their outbound operations which involves order prioritization, batching, routing, and the allocation of staff and equipment.

In current daily operations, order batching decisions are manually done by the experienced admin staff. This is difficult given the complexity of order batching and the need to understand client-specific requirements.
