Communications between dental practitioners and their patients have been generally based on social messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, with the following concerns and problems:Â

- High percentage of repeated and general questions from patients results in resource wastage

Our design goal aims to speed up the process of patients obtaining accurate advice quickly while reducing the workload of doctors. Our team also identifies the need for our design to be safe and easy to use.
