Redefining the security landscape through tech

Problem
The operations at iMatrix were suffering from poor network capabilities, outdated processes and inefficient communication methods between stakeholders in the ecosystem which prompted a redesign of their operational processes for the new Artificial Intelligent Facility Sprinter (AIFS) system.

The current solution lacks the network capabilities to support a greater number of camera feeds and IoT infrastructure control.

In addition, the reliance on manual monitoring of the cluster's activities and repetitive form filling further exacerbates the existing manpower constraint in the security industry, proving to be an inefficient use of limited resources.

The inefficient communication channels between the Controllers in the headquarters and the I-Specialists in the AIFS results in countless communication lapses.

Smart LED lights flash red when there is a critical broadcast. Acknowledge via the Telegram Bot and Controllers will be able to see your response.

Automatic reminders

If the flashing red lights do not catch the attention of the I-Specialists, the Telegram Bot will automatically send reminders asking for their acknowledgement.
