Problem
The operations at iMatrix were suffering from poor network
capabilities, outdated processes and inefficient communication
methods between stakeholders in the ecosystem which prompted a
redesign of their operational processes for the new Artificial
Intelligent Facility Sprinter (AIFS) system.
Poor Network Capabilities
The current solution lacks the network capabilities to support a
greater number of camera feeds and IoT infrastructure control.
Outdated + Slow Processes
In addition, the reliance on manual monitoring of the cluster's
activities and repetitive form filling further exacerbates the
existing manpower constraint in the security industry, proving to be
an inefficient use of limited resources.
Weak Communications
The inefficient communication channels between the Controllers in
the headquarters and the I-Specialists in the AIFS results in
countless communication lapses.
